Cancellations We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at 587-716-0040 or by email.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee to cover the technician's travel and scheduling costs.

Refunds Because our service is performed on-site, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no charge.
• If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the circumstances.
• No refund will be issued for services where access to the dryer vent was not possible due to conditions outside our control (locked units, blocked access, etc.).

No-Shows If our technician arrives and cannot access the property after reasonable attempts to contact you, the full service fee may be charged.
